- Nächste Ausgabe: Friday, October 9, 2026 To Saturday, October 10, 2026.
- Dragon Master takes over Drachenmänner von 6 bis 5 Uhr.
- Start early with Happy Hour from 6 pm to 9 pm before the club shifts into full party mode.
- Guest DJs take over from late evening, mixing house, pop and club tracks through until closing.
- GoGo shows take place at 11 pm, 1 am and 3 am, with different dancers, costumes and performances throughout the night.
- Dragon Master attracts a mix of Japanese guys, expats and international visitors, making it one of the easier Ni-Chome parties to enjoy if it is your first night out in Tokyo.
Was zu erwarten ist:
- Dragon Master starts more like a busy gay bar before developing into a full late-night party as the DJs and dancers take over.
- The GoGo shows are the centrepiece of the night, with several performances spread across the evening rather than one main show.
- The crowd gets busiest after 10 pm and stays late, especially on Fridays, Saturdays and nights before Japanese public holidays.
- Dragon Men runs regular special editions throughout the year, including Pride parties and holiday weekend events.
Der Veranstaltungsort
- Drachenmänner is at 2-11-4 Shinjuku, right in the centre of Shinjuku Ni-Chome, Tokyo’s main gay nightlife district.
- The venue combines a street-level bar with a late-night club atmosphere, complete with a dance floor, DJ booth and dedicated stage for its GoGo shows.
- It is one of Ni-Chome’s larger and more accessible gay venues, attracting both locals and overseas visitors.
- Expect a busy standing crowd around the bar, guys gathering around the stage during the shows and a much more energetic atmosphere after midnight.
- Dragon Men is cash-friendly, so carry some yen rather than relying entirely on cards.
Where to Go Before Dragon Men
You are already in the centre of Ni-Chome, so there is no need to travel across Tokyo before the party. Start with drinks nearby and move to Dragon Men as the crowd builds.
- AiiRO Cafe – One of Ni-Chome’s best-known meeting points, with an open-fronted bar spilling onto the street and a friendly mix of locals, expats and visitors. A good first stop early in the evening.
- Eagle Tokyo Blue – Large gay bar and club almost next door to Dragon Men, spread across street and basement levels with DJs, drinks and a bear-friendly crowd.
- Arty Farty – Long-running Ni-Chome gay club with a younger crowd, DJs and a busy dance floor. It gets much busier later in the evening and works well either before or after Dragon Men.
